Exemplification 02/18/2006
We already have over 100 for this class.  It looks to be a good
group coming in.  Bernie Santowski is chairing the event.  Bernie
has arranged for a proper Color Guard for this event. Bring
Regalia if you wish.
Other members should be in tux with social
baldric.  Candidates in tux’s.  This is a black tie and tux affair.
We will have hospitality suite #533.  This room will be crowded
because the hotel will not move beds out and the type of beds they use
now are supposedly bolted down.  I tried to get a meeting room instead
of the suite but the meeting rooms are managed by the catering
department and they don’t allow any carry in food or beverages in
them.  I will open the room at 9:00 AM on the 18th.  The room WILL
NOT be open Friday night.  The Assembly will provide coffee and rolls
in the morning.  There will be sandwiches with sides at noon until we
run out.  We will have beer, wine, coffee, bottled water, and soda
throughout the day.  Any other libations you wish to drink you will
need to bring them with you.  There will be various munchies chips etc.
throughout the day.  The Faithful Navigators will have the Candidates
tickets
and those of their guests and will give them to the candidate at
check in.  All others will get them at the pick up table.
Other Hospitality Suites will be as follows:
Joliet Assembly: 601, 602, 603
Dooley Assembly: 701, 702
Stritch Assembly: Room 301, 302, 303
Bishop McNamara Assembly:  Room 333
